1️⃣ How can I track my order?

After completing your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use it to monitor your shipment directly through the "Track My Order" section on our website.

Shipping usually takes 8–15 days after payment is processed. All products are shipped directly from the factory after quality testing to ensure safe use, straight to your home.

3️⃣ Are the products authentic and guaranteed?

Yes, all our products are 100% genuine and of high quality. We work only with trusted suppliers to ensure your satisfaction.

4️⃣ Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after purchase, before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation or changes are no longer possible.

5️⃣ What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your product is damaged or does not match the description, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with a photo of the product. We will either resend it or issue a refund.
